This needle-felted table puppet of a young woman comes 
with a watering can, perfect for  her to enliven the
nursery rhyme of Mary quite contrary!  She can also be used 
in many tales as all kinds of young women - Often I will add a hat or
a kerchief, or an apron to vary her appearance... these will be lightly
felted on so they can come off again for a different tale.. I keep 
all my puppet accessories in  a clear bin with drawers so they are easy
to find when I need them. 

My puppets are made for movement and gesture, so this one
can hold the watering can and bend to water her flowers.
She  can sit in the garden and sing, or kneel and pull out 
the weeds, or perhaps plant new seeds... 
This is a puppet to keep and use for many years,
delighting the children time and time again
